Please note, this method only applies if you signed up to our academy on or after 13th December 2024.

1. Log into the academy and select the Manage your Membership page from the top menu.
2. There you will find 4 x large buttons as per the screenshot below - as you joined either on or after 13th December 2024, please select the upper right-hand side box.
3. This will direct you to your customer portal in Samcart, our current payment partner. You will be asked to enter the same email address you use to log into the academy and upon submission, you will receive a magic link via email to access your subscription details.
4. Click the magic link in the email received and you will be automatically logged into your customer portal, where you will see a few options. Please select 'Subscriptions' from the left-hand menu.
5. There you will see your current subscriptions. Press the 'cancel subscription' button to cancel.
6. Upon submitting this request, you will see a tool tip at the top of the screen confirming your cancellation, and your subscription description will change to read, 'scheduled to be cancelled'. This means your active membership will be cancelled on your next billing date and no further payments will be taken.
7. If you are within a 7-day trial when you cancel, you will still have an active membership until the last day of your trial, at which point your access to the academy will be revoked and your free membership will be cancelled.
8. If you have already completed your 7-day trial and are paying for a monthly membership, you will still have an active membership until your next monthly billing date, at which point your access to the academy will be revoked and your monthly membership will be cancelled.
9. If you have already completed your 7-day trial and are paying for an annual membership, you will still have an active membership until your next annual billing date, at which point your access to the academy will be revoked and your monthly membership will be cancelled.
