Customers can cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation enacts the customer's wish not to renew their membership at the next scheduled renewal date, and their access to the academy will end upon that renewal date and not before, unless in line with the terms outlined below in the "30 Day Customer Guarantee". The customer's subscription plan will also stop on this date, without taking a renewal payment. This applies also to the first subscription payment should customers cancel during their 7-day trial period.
30 Day Customer Guarantee: Customers are able to cancel their membership within 30 days of purchase, annual membership renewal, or fourth quarterly membership renewal, in return for a full refund of any fees paid within those 30 days, upon which their membership will be terminated immediately.
