Customers join the academy by way of purchasing a membership plan, the first payment for which is then scheduled for one week (7 days) from said purchase.
In those seven days, the customer receives access to the academy, and can cancel their payment at any time during this trial period.
If a customer cancels during the trial period, their membership will close on the date 7 days following their commitment to join, and payment will not be taken.
Membership renews on the date exactly a month or twelve months following the customer's first payment (dependent on which membership duration was chosen) - and in regular intervals of one or twelve months after that date - not from the date of their commitment to join.
