This doesn’t delete your account or progress. It simply refreshes the app.
Below are simple step‑by‑step instructions for both iOS and Android.
iPhone & iPad (iOS)
Apple doesn’t allow apps to clear cache directly, but you can achieve the same result by refreshing or reinstalling the app.
Option 1: Refresh the App (Try This First)
Close the Taoist Wellness Online app completely
Swipe up from the bottom (or double‑tap the Home button)
Swipe the app away to close it
Restart your iPhone or iPad
Open the app again and log in
This alone often resolves loading or syncing issues.
Option 2: Reinstall the App (Clears Cache Fully)
Tap and hold the Taoist Wellness Online app icon
Tap Remove App → Delete App
Restart your device
Open the App Store and reinstall the app
Log back in with your usual email and password
