Our academy is built in Kajabi and unfortunately as it currently stands, there is no option for members to restart their progress on any of the courses they have access to as part of their subscription. Our team are also unable to restart it for you.
Even when a subscription is cancelled, should a member re-sign up using the same email address as before, their progress will remain intact as it is associated with that email address.
The only work-around at present would be to cancel your active subscription and re-sign up using a different email address, however please note this would restart progress for ALL courses you had previously started.
