How to stop our emails going to your junk/spam folders

Sometimes perfectly legitimate emails can end up in junk or spam folders - especially if it’s the first time you’ve heard from us, or if your email provider doesn’t yet recognise one of our email addresses.

To make sure you don’t miss important updates, event reminders, our newsletters, or payment receipts, we recommend taking a moment to let your email provider know that our emails are safe and welcome.

This is quick to do, and once it’s set up, everything should arrive where it belongs.

Email Addresses to Trust

Please add all of the following, as different emails come from different systems:

From us directly

Sent via Kajabi (our academy and community platform)

Our payment processors

Gmail (Desktop & Mobile)

Option 1: Mark an Email as “Not Spam” (Recommended)

  1. Open an email from us that landed in Spam or Promotions

  2. Click “Report not spam” (or “Move to Inbox”)

  3. Gmail learns from this and future emails should arrive normally

Option 2: Add to Contacts

  1. Open one of our emails

  2. Click the sender’s name

  3. Click “Add to Contacts”

Option 3: Create a Filter (Most Reliable)

  1. Click the gear icon → See all settings

  2. Go to Filters and blocked addresses

  3. Click Create a new filter

  4. In From, paste one of our addresses (or @taoistwellness.online)

  5. Click Create filter

  6. Tick Never send it to Spam and Apply the label Inbox

  7. Save

Repeat if needed for other addresses.

Outlook / Hotmail / Live (Desktop & Web)

Add to Safe Senders

  1. Open Outlook

  2. Click Settings (gear icon)

  3. Go to Mail → Junk email

  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add

  5. Add each address (or the domain, e.g. taoistwellness.online)

  6. Click Save

If an Email Is in Junk

  1. Open the email in the Junk folder

  2. Click Not Junk

  3. Confirm you trust the sender

Apple Mail / iCloud (Mac, iPhone & iPad)

Add to Contacts (Best Method)

  1. Open an email from us

  2. Tap or click the sender’s email address

  3. Choose Add to Contacts

  4. Save

Mark as Not Junk

  • Mac: Right-click the email → Move to Inbox

  • iPhone/iPad: Open the email → tap Move to Inbox

This trains Apple Mail to trust future emails.

Android Mail App (Gmail App or Samsung Mail)

Gmail App (Most Common)

  1. Open an email from us

  2. Tap the three dots (top right)

  3. Tap Add to Contacts or Move to Inbox

Samsung Mail

  1. Open the email

  2. Tap the sender

  3. Select Add to Contacts or Mark as Not Spam

Extra Tips (Very Important)

  • Replying to one of our emails strongly improves deliverability

  • ⭐ Dragging our email into your Primary Inbox helps train your provider

  • ❌ Avoid deleting our emails without opening them

  • 📬 If you use a work or corporate email, IT spam filters may override your settings

Still Not Receiving Emails?

If you’ve followed the steps above and emails still aren’t arriving:

  • Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders

  • Search your inbox for taoist, balance, or kajabi

  • Contact us at support@taoistwellness.online and tell us which email provider you’re using
