Master Gu and George's livestreams with the community take place on the last Thursday of each month from 9.00pm, China standard time (CST).

The general schedule for the meetings is as follows:
A 5 minute welcome to all attendees
15 minutes of Tai Chi practice
A 20 minute lecture on the Dao De Jing
10 minutes of discussion about the lecture
And if there's still time:
10 minutes to ask your questions or enjoy some music from Master Gu
If for any reason you are unable to attend, a recording of the livestream is uploaded to the Livestreams page of the academy soon after the meeting has concluded should you wish to watch it at another time.
